We’re supporting a privately owned logistics business at a key inflection point. With strong growth ambitions and increasing operational complexity, the business is seeking a Head of Operations to take ownership of day-to-day execution while helping to shape and deliver the next stage of growth.
The Role
- Own and run the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring consistency, control and scalability.
- Lead and develop the operational and leadership teams, building accountability and performance.
- Partner closely with the founders, freeing them from operational detail so they can focus on strategy and growth.
- Drive operational excellence, margin protection and service delivery.
- Play a key role in supporting future growth initiatives, change and potential expansion.

- Proven experience running complex logistics operations in a fast-moving, growth-led environment.
- Strong commercial and financial capability, with a clear understanding of P&L, margin and cost drivers.
- Able to think strategically while remaining highly execution-focused.

Location
