PeoplePlus, together with our expert delivery partners, is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the delivery of the Jobs Guarantee programme across North & East Scotland. We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Quality Coordinator to join our team and help ensure participants receive high-quality support and access to meaningful employment opportunities that lead to sustained outcomes. This is a 0.4 FTE, home-based role supporting delivery across Scotland. While the role is primarily remote, it is not a fully remote/no-travel position. You will need to be based in Scotland and able to travel occasionally across the Scottish region, where required, to support quality activity, attend meetings and work with operational teams and delivery partners. As part of our coordinated recruitment campaign, applications will be managed by the relevant expert delivery partner based on the area and role to which you have applied. As a Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Adviser, you'll play an important role in maintaining high standards across the Jobs Guarantee programme. Using a risk-based approach, you'll quality assure participant employment pathways, partner delivery and employment opportunities, while using performance data and stakeholder feedback to identify improvements and share effective practice. You'll work closely with operational teams, employers and delivery partners to help strengthen participant engagement, placement completion, progression and sustained employment, while ensuring contractual and quality requirements are consistently met. What you'll be doing You will: · Deliver quality assurance activity across the Jobs Guarantee contract in line with the quality cycle, quality framework and contractual requirements. · Take a risk-based approach to quality monitoring, prioritising reviews based on performance, quality concerns, emerging risks and contractual priorities. · Develop and maintain quality monitoring schedules and improvement activity, ensuring actions are followed through and improvements are embedded. · Produce clear quality reports that identify trends, strengths, risks and recommendations for improvement. · Quality assure participant employment pathways to ensure support is personalised, progression-focused and aligned to individual employment goals. · Review participant files and evidence to ensure interactions, action planning, referrals and progression activity are appropriately recorded and support positive employment outcomes. · Monitor the quality and consistency of participant journeys from engagement through to sustained employment. · Identify barriers affecting placement completion and progression and work with operational teams to develop and implement improvements. · Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. · Use management information to monitor key measures including participant engagement, placement starts, placement completion, progression and sustained employment outcomes. · Provide insight and recommendations to operational managers to support performance improvement and achievement of contractual requirements. · Monitor the impact of quality improvement activity and use measurable outcomes to assess its effectiveness. · Undertake quality assurance reviews of delivery partners, ensuring contractual compliance, consistency of delivery and positive participant outcomes. · Work collaboratively with delivery partners to agree improvement actions, share effective practice and support consistent standards. · Quality check employment opportunities and placements to ensure they are suitable, safe, meaningful and aligned to participant aspirations and development needs. · Review employer engagement activity and gather employer feedback to understand whether opportunities are supporting progression into sustainable employment. · Gather and analyse feedback from participants, Employment Advisers, Employer Engagement Officers, employers and delivery partners to identify opportunities for improvement. · Identify, capture and share examples of effective practice that improve participant experience and employment outcomes. · Support a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, developmental feedback and the sharing of good practice. · Facilitate learning and quality improvement activity across operational teams and delivery partners. · Build strong working relationships with operational managers, coaches, Employer Engagement Officers, employers and delivery partners. · Provide constructive professional challenge where quality concerns are identified, ensuring corrective actions are agreed and implemented in a timely way. · Support operational teams and delivery partners to understand quality standards, contractual expectations and best practice requirements. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is analytical, collaborative and confident providing constructive challenge, with a genuine interest in improving the quality of services and outcomes for participants. You'll ideally have: · Experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, compliance, audit, employability, employment support or a similar role. · Experience of carrying out quality reviews, file checks, audits or monitoring activity against defined standards or contractual requirements. · Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance and quality data, identify trends and turn insight into practical improvement actions.
