Based on-site at HMP The Mount, our Plumbing Tutors work with our management team and other PeoplePlus staff to familiarise themselves with the curriculum and individual schemes of learning.
Our Tutors ensure that the appropriate training plans are in place and that advice and guidance are provided when required, while delivering high-quality courses that engage learners and help them reach their potential.
What are we looking for?
- Level 2 Maths and English, or equivalent
- An expert in your field with substantial experience
- Experience of delivering training
- A teaching or assessing qualification is desirable
- Ability to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners, with flexibility to deliver qualifications across various subjects
If you don’t currently hold a teaching or assessing qualification, we can support you through the relevant qualifications and assessments during your probationary period.
