Employment Specialist in Nottingham

People Plus are looking for dedicated, skilled and tenacious Employment Specialists to deliver Connect to Work (CtW) across Nottingham city and Nottinghamshire south. The Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach helps people with disabilities, learning difficulties/disabilities, neuro-diverse conditions, poor mental health or individuals from other disadvantaged and/or complex backgrounds to prepare for, secure, and sustain meaningful paid employment aligned with their goals, while promoting inclusion, independence, and long-term wellbeing. You'll manage a caseload, employing IPS methods to offer personalised guidance to clients and build relationships with referral partners and local employers, facilitating suitable job placements. The role combines one-to-one support, employer engagement, and collaboration with multidisciplinary health teams and community organisations. Employment specialists will have a passion for supporting people to change their lives through gaining sustainable employment. This role is face-to face and will require delivering the service in the community in Nottingham City and South Nottinghamshire.
