Are you passionate about maths and driven to help others succeed? We're looking for an engaging and dedicated Maths Tutor to support prison-based learners in building confidence, gaining qualifications, and creating brighter futures.
In this rewarding role, you'll work with small groups of learners, delivering high-quality Functional Skills Maths sessions that develop not only knowledge and practical skills, but also confidence, motivation, and long-term aspirations. You'll play a vital part in helping individuals unlock their potential and move towards positive life goals.
- Deliver inspiring and effective Maths tuition from Entry Level 1 to Level 2 Functional Skills
- Develop tailored training plans and provide guidance to support learner progression
- Use a variety of creative teaching methods to motivate and engage learners

Minimum Grade 4 (C) GCSE in Maths
Ability to teach Functional Skills Maths from Entry Level 1 to Level 2
Strong subject knowledge with substantial experience in your field
Experience delivering training, tutoring, or teaching
A teaching or assessing qualification is desirable
A flexible and creative approach to teaching and learner engagement
