We're looking for a Vocational Multi-Skills Tutor to deliver engaging, hands-on training programmes that equip learners with practical skills, recognised qualifications, and the confidence to progress into employment or further training. This is an opportunity to combine your industry expertise with teaching and mentoring, helping individuals develop valuable trade skills and positive workplace behaviours that can transform future opportunities. If you're new to teaching, support and training can be provided to help you develop your instructional skills.

As a Vocational Multi-Skills Tutor, you will design and deliver practical learning sessions across a range of vocational disciplines, creating an engaging and supportive environment where learners can develop industry-relevant skills and achieve recognised qualifications. Training may include areas such as:

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

  • Practical industry experience within construction, or a related vocational sector.
  • A passion for developing others and sharing their knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or supervising others (desirable but not essential).
  • A recognised teaching or assessing qualification (desirable), or a willingness to work towards one.
  • Relevant vocational qualifications and industry knowledge.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and learner support.
