We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Careers, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG) Advisor at HMP Millsike.

This position plays a vital role in supporting prisoners on their journey to successful reintegration, from induction through to release.

Join us in providing personalised, high-quality CIAG that aligns each prisoners skills and ambitions with real-world opportunities like Release on Temporary Licence (Ro TL) placements, training, apprenticeships, and employment Purpose of the role As a CIAG Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting learners by providing information and advice, ensuring that they are prepared to find and maintain employment opportunities.

This is a challenging role however; you will play a huge role by making a difference in peoples lives.

As a CIAG Advisor, you will: Deliver Tailored CIAG Support: Provide 1:1 support at key stages, from induction to release, guiding prisoners in career planning, creating Digital Personal Learning Plans (DPLPs), and helping them prepare for life after release.
