  • Designing and delivering engaging Peer Tutor and Peer Mentor training programmes.
  • Developing supervision and support programmes for Peer Mentors.
  • Creating a varied programme of peer-led learning, wellbeing and enrichment activities.
  • Supporting learners to develop Education and Training Portfolios that evidence their skills and achievements.
  • Delivering accredited qualifications and employability training.
  • Working collaboratively with prison staff, education teams and external partners to maximise learner opportunities.
  • Monitoring learner progress and maintaining accurate records using prison and company systems.
  • Producing high-quality management information, reports and impact data.
  • Supporting continuous quality improvement, compliance and outstanding learner outcomes.
  • Promoting innovation and best practice across Peer Led Services.
  • To undertake any other-directed tasks deemed necessary by your line manager.

What You'll Bring: We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience delivering education, training or employability programmes.
  • Previous experience leading or supervising teams.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring and communication skills.
  • Experience designing engaging learning programmes.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Confidence using management information systems and analysing performance data.
  • A passion for supporting people to achieve positive outcomes.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A commitment to quality, safeguarding and continuous improvement.

Experience within prison education or working in custodial environments would be advantageous but isn't essential.
