Job Description

Based on-site at HMP Holme House the primary role of Employment Coaches is to recognise and record progress and achievement of prisoners working in prison employment.

Prisoners working in prison employment play a key role in service delivery, carrying out essential tasks and are a highly valued workforce.

It is critical that the transferrable skills are captured and support transition into the labour market upon release.

Please note this is a fixed term role for 12 months.
