The role requires a driver as you will be working between Swansea and Carmarthen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate new employer partnerships, leveraging market insights and trends. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our employer network and enhance engagement.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions. Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and personalized support.
- Customised Solutions: Work closely with employers to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, tailoring our services to meet their specific needs. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized programs and initiatives that drive partner success.
