PeoplePlus, together with our expert delivery partners, is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the delivery of the Jobs Guarantee programme across North & East Scotland.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Quality Coordinator to join our team and help ensure participants receive high-quality support and access to meaningful employment opportunities that lead to sustained outcomes.
This is a 0.4 FTE, home-based role supporting delivery across Scotland. While the role is primarily remote, it is not a fully remote/no-travel position. You will need to be based in Scotland and able to travel occasionally across the Scottish region, where required, to support quality activity, attend meetings and work with operational teams and delivery partners.
As part of our coordinated recruitment campaign, applications will be managed by the relevant expert delivery partner based on the area and role to which you have applied.
As a Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Adviser, you'll play an important role in maintaining high standards across the Jobs Guarantee programme. Using a risk-based approach, you'll quality assure participant employment pathways, partner delivery and employment opportunities, while using performance data and stakeholder feedback to identify improvements and share effective practice.
You'll work closely with operational teams, employers and delivery partners to help strengthen participant engagement, placement completion, progression and sustained employment, while ensuring contractual and quality requirements are consistently met.
What you'll be doing
You will:
· Deliver quality assurance activity across the Jobs Guarantee contract in line with the quality cycle, quality framework and contractual requirements.
· Take a risk-based approach to quality monitoring, prioritising reviews based on performance, quality concerns, emerging risks and contractual priorities.
· Develop and maintain quality monitoring schedules and improvement activity, ensuring actions are followed through and improvements are embedded.
· Produce clear quality reports that identify trends, strengths, risks and recommendations for improvement.
