Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify and cultivate new employer partnerships, leveraging market insights and trends.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our employer network and enhance engagement.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and personalized support.
Customized Solutions
- Work closely with employers to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, tailoring our services to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized programs and initiatives that drive partner success.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse partnership performance, utilising data to drive decisions and optimise strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on partnership progress, outcomes, and future opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
Industry Engagement & Networking
- Represent PeoplePlus at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our reach.
