Talk about how you managed your time and commitments, as this will reassure them that you can be trusted to show up and perform your duties consistently.
✨Be Ready to Discuss Flexibility
With flexible hours being a part of the job, it’s important to express your willingness to adapt. Think about your availability and be honest about when you can work. This shows that you’re ready to fit into their schedule and meet their needs.
✨Ask Thoughtful Questions
Prepare some questions that show your interest in the role and the person you’ll be assisting. Inquire about specific tasks you might be doing or how they prefer things to be done. This not only demonstrates your enthusiasm but also helps you understand if the role is a good fit for you.
