The Role

Our Tutors deliver innovative, engaging and motivational learning sessions to our Traineeship and Employability learners who require Functional Skills and Work Preparation Skills. They work alongside colleagues delivering classroom-based training courses and group activities to learners in search of employment. Our Tutors have the ability to facilitate accredited learning activities that enable their learners to identify, address and overcome individual barriers to work.

Have you got what it takes? You should have a real passion for what you do along with experience in training delivery and working with learners with complex needs and significant barriers to employment. Ideally, you will need to hold a Teaching Qualification. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
