Our Tutors deliver innovative, engaging and motivational learning sessions to our Traineeship and Employability learners who require Functional Skills and Work Preparation Skills. They work alongside colleagues delivering classroom-based training courses and group activities to learners in search of employment. Our Tutors have the ability to facilitate accredited learning activities that enable their learners to identify, address & overcome individual barriers to work.
You should have a real passion for what you do along with experience in training delivery and learners with complex learner needs and significant barriers to employment. Ideally, you will need to hold a Teaching Qualification. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
