On-site at HMP Feltham, our Construction Tutors work with our management team and other PeoplePlus staff to familiarise themselves with the curriculum and individual schemes of learning. You will support with the development of skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting learners with their long-term goals and aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of skills, knowledge and behaviours while assisting learners with their long-term goals and aspirations.
- Ensure that appropriate training plans are in place and that advice and guidance is provided when required while delivering high-quality courses that engage learners and help them reach their potential.
What are we looking for?
- Level 2 Maths and English, or equivalent
- Expert in your field with substantial experience
- Experience of delivering training
- A teaching or assessing qualification is desirable
- Ability to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners along with flexibility to deliver qualifications across a variety of subjects
