Industry leaders utilising highly progressive Modelling a degree in a business, data, or technology-related discipline is desirable.
Technical acumen — sufficient familiarity with the data stack (SQL, Power BI, Databricks, AI/ML workflows) to manage technical teams effectively and ask the right questions.
Outstanding communication skills — engaging and credible with both technical engineers and senior commercial stakeholders.
Proficient in project management tooling, particularly Azure Dev Ops; familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar is a plus.
Proactive and self-directed — comfortable managing ambiguity and creating structure where it doesn't yet exist.
Strong attention to detail and a low tolerance for avoidable slippage.
