THIS IS A FULL TIME PERMANENT ROLE, REMOTE THOUGH TEAM MEETINGS ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH IN EITHER WEST YORKSHIRE OR OXFORD - WE'LL NEED CANDIDATES TO BE UK-BASED AND YOU'LL HAVE TO PASS VETTING - DBS AND CREDIT DUE TO THIS BEING A REGULATED BUSINESS.

Overseeing the execution of security projects, delivering strategic objectives and group-wide and specialised training programmes. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards, managing risks in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Reporting on key metrics, managing resources effectively, and playing a critical role in incident preparation and management. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, operational oversight, and strong leadership skills to safeguard the UK group’s digital assets while enabling business success.

You
We don't have room for shrinking violets - you'll be smart, outgoing, bright - on an upwards trajectory career-wise and hungry to make a name for yourself. This client will look fantastic on your CV. You'll be surrounded by some highly cerebral and motivated colleagues.
Proven CyberSecurity technical expertise preferably gained from Financial Services / FinTech or a regulated industry. In-depth knowledge of security technologies, risk assessment methodologies, and vulnerability management practices. Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools and incident response processes. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST standards. Ideally - IS Certified and relevant qualifications.
For this role you'll be credit and DBS checked, therefore you'll need to be a UK Resident with a relevant skill set and be willing to work from West Yorkshire or London/Oxfordshire, be happy to attend the office a few times a month AND be willing to work the odd early morning/late night.
