£37,000-£42,000 + 28 Days Holiday + Brand New Fulham Office + Career Progression + Creative Autonomy + Automotive Content + Direct Founder Access

Are you a Content Creator, Content Manager or Social Media Manager with a proven track record of creating video content that genuinely performs, looking for the opportunity to take creative ownership and help build a rapidly growing automotive brand?

On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious business operating within the investment car market, which has already helped over 5,000 people and built a community of more than 650,000.

You'll work directly alongside the Founder from a brand-new Fulham office, joining a tight-knit creative team where you'll have significant influence over the content and future direction of the brand.

In this role, you'll create and manage content across Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook and Linked In, working closely with the Founder on ideas, creative direction and brand strategy.

You'll be hands-on with filming, developing concepts, writing copy, coordinating editors and freelancers, managing social channels and analysing performance to understand what works and why.

This isn't a role where you'll simply schedule posts - you'll be expected to actively create the content that drives the brand forward.

This role would suit a creative, energetic and commercially minded content professional who can show examples of content they've personally created and, importantly, demonstrate how it performed.

Automotive experience isn't essential; what's far more important is a genuine understanding of creator-led content, strong instincts around short and long-form video and the confidence to pick up a camera and make things happen.

The Role

  • Create engaging short and long-form video content.
  • Produce content across Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook and Linked In.
  • Film regularly alongside the Founder and wider team.
  • Develop creative concepts and new content formats.
  • Help shape the wider content strategy and brand direction.
  • Coordinate editors, freelancers and other creative resources.
  • Write copy and manage day-to-day social media activity.
  • Analyse content performance and use data to improve future output.
  • Engage with and help grow the brand's online community.
  • Opportunity to build and develop a content team as the business grows.
  • The Person
  • Proven experience creating social media content.
  • Portfolio or examples demonstrating content performance.
  • Strong understanding of short and long-form video.
  • Comfortable getting behind a camera and filming content.
  • Strong understanding of Tik Tok, You Tube and wider social platforms.
  • Creative with a strong instinct for engaging content.
  • Organised and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Automotive knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
  • Able to commute to Fulham at least four days per week.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
