Are you a Customer Service Executive, Sales Support Administrator or Operations Administrator looking for a varied role combining customer support, order management and logistics within a growing product-based business?

On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious business that develops and manages its own product brands, selling across multiple online channels.

You'll become part of a fast-paced team responsible for ensuring customers receive an efficient service from initial order through to delivery, returns and aftersales support.

In this role, you'll respond to customer enquiries regarding products, orders and lead times, while supporting the Operations team with courier bookings, freight administration and delivery issues.

You'll also process returns, replacements and refunds, maintain accurate records and work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to resolve customer issues quickly.

This role would suit someone with customer service, sales support, order processing or operations administration experience who is highly organised, confident dealing with customers and comfortable working across multiple systems.

The Role

  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, orders and deliveries.
  • Process returns, replacements, refunds and order adjustments.
  • Book couriers, freight and transport through online portals.
  • Resolve failed deliveries, address changes and damage claims.
  • Track delayed shipments and proactively update customers.
  • Work closely with Operations, Logistics and Warehouse teams.
