Are you an experienced Automotive Sales Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive dealership performance and build a long-term career within one of the UK's most established motor groups?
On offer is the opportunity to join a leading automotive retailer representing an exciting and rapidly growing vehicle brand. With strong manufacturer backing, ambitious growth plans and genuine progression opportunities, this role offers both excellent earning potential and long-term career development.
In this role, you will lead and develop the sales team, driving vehicle sales performance, customer satisfaction and finance penetration. You will support the team through coaching, performance management and hands-on leadership while maintaining strong relationships with manufacturer partners and ensuring dealership targets are achieved.
This role would suit a Sales Manager, Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Retail Manager or experienced Senior Sales Executive looking to step into a leadership position within a volume or prestige automotive environment.
The Role- Lead, coach and develop a dealership sales team
- Drive vehicle sales, finance penetration and profitability
- Monitor team performance against sales targets and KPIs
- Support customer enquiries and assist with deal structuring
- Maintain strong manufacturer and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee part exchange valuations and stock management
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and CSI performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding and development of sales staff
- Previous automotive sales management experience
- Strong understanding of dealership sales processes
- Experience managing KPIs, profitability and team performance
- Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
- Experience working with volume or prestige vehicle brands
- Full UK Driving Licence
