Are you a New Car Sales Executive with experience selling new vehicles within a franchised dealership, looking to represent BMW with realistic earnings of £52,000 and the opportunity for top performers to earn £80,000+?
On offer is the opportunity to join an established automotive retail group representing one of the world's leading premium vehicle manufacturers.
You'll benefit from extensive manufacturer training, ongoing development and genuine opportunities to progress into Senior Sales Executive positions and beyond.
In this role, you'll sell new BMW vehicles and manage customers through the complete purchasing journey, from initial enquiry and showroom appointment through to vehicle configuration, finance discussions, test drives and final handover.
You'll manage your own pipeline, develop repeat and referral business and consistently work towards sales and customer satisfaction targets.
This role would suit an experienced New Car Sales Executive currently working within a franchised dealership environment.
BMW or prestige experience isn't essential, but you must have proven experience selling new vehicles and understand the processes, standards and customer journey associated with manufacturer-led automotive retail.
You'll work an average 40-hour week across a two-week rotating shift pattern, averaging five days per week and working every other weekend.
