Full Job Description Performance Marketing Manager (PPC / Paid Social / Klaviyo) High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire £47,000-£52,000 + Staff Discount + Flexible Hybrid Working + Career Progression + Growing Ecommerce Brand Are you a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager with strong PPC, Paid Social and Klaviyo experience, looking for an opportunity where you can directly influence customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth within a rapidly growing ecommerce business? This is a role for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up, executing campaigns themselves and using data to drive measurable commercial results. In this role, you will take ownership of customer acquisition and retention activity across Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo and Shopify. You'll work closely with senior leadership to improve campaign performance, optimise customer journeys and identify new opportunities to increase revenue, customer lifetime value and return on advertising spend.
