Full Job Description Paid Social Executive Rugby £35,000–£40,000 + Hybrid + Clear Progression to Marketing Manager + Company Pension + Employee Discount + Free Parking Are you a Paid Social Executive, Performance Marketing Executive or Paid Media Executive with hands-on Meta Ads experience, looking to take greater ownership of paid acquisition with genuine progression into Marketing Management? On offer is the opportunity to join a growing ecommerce business that develops, launches and manages its own consumer brands. You'll work directly with senior leadership and take ownership of paid social performance, joining at a stage where you can grow with the business and progress towards Marketing Management. In this role, your primary focus will be paid social, particularly Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram. You'll build, manage and optimise campaigns, test audiences and creative approaches, manage advertising spend and use ROAS, CPA and conversion data to continually improve performance.
