Are you a proven Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Senior Sales Professional with experience selling into Facilities Management, Commercial Cleaning, Property Services or Operational Services sectors, looking for an opportunity to lead high‑value automation projects within a rapidly growing technology business? In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, developing relationships with senior decision‑makers across facilities management, hospitality, healthcare, warehousing and commercial property sectors. You will build and manage a strong sales pipeline, conduct customer consultations, arrange demonstrations and secure long‑term commercial partnerships while positioning the business as a leading automation provider.
The Role
- Generate new business opportunities and develop strategic client relationships
- Build and manage a high‑value sales pipeline through HubSpot CRM
- Conduct customer consultations, site visits and discovery meetings
- Present automation and robotics solutions to senior stakeholders
- Deliver product demonstrations and commercial presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations and ROI business cases
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business opportunities
- Develop long‑term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
The Person
- Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into Facilities Management or related sectors
- Proven track record of winning new business and managing full sales cycles
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience engaging with senior decision‑makers
- Self‑motivated and commercially driven
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Happy to travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays
