£55,000-£60,000 (OTE £80,000) + Company Vehicle + Performance Bonus + Career Progression
Are you a Contracts Manager, Senior Contracts Manager or Operations Manager with a background in commercial flooring, looking for an opportunity where you can take full ownership of project delivery, improve operational performance and become a key member of the senior leadership team?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing commercial flooring contractor delivering projects nationwide across healthcare, education, retirement living, offices and commercial developments. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, improve profitability and play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of the business.
In this role, you will oversee multiple commercial flooring projects from mobilisation through to completion, managing installation teams, subcontractors, labour planning, client relationships and commercial performance. You'll be responsible for improving operational systems, protecting project margins and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
