Location: Barnes, London

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (OTE £70,000+) + Progression + Uncapped Commission + Training

Are you a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Manager or Valuer looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a growing lettings function and step into a genuine leadership position?

On offer is the opportunity to join a fast-growing independent estate agency where you will work directly alongside the founders to build and grow the lettings division. This is a highly visible role offering autonomy, influence and the opportunity to become a key part of the company's long-term growth plans.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new instructions
  • Carrying out rental valuations
  • Winning new business
  • Developing landlord relationships
  • Helping shape the future direction of the lettings department

As the business grows, you will play a key role in developing processes, increasing market share and helping build a high-performing team.

This role would suit a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Manager, Lettings Valuer, Assistant Lettings Manager or experienced Lettings Consultant.
