Are you an Electrical Contracts Manager, Electrical Operations Manager or Senior Electrical Project Manager with experience leading teams of electricians and managing the commercial performance of electrical works, looking to take ownership of a growing electrical division?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing, family-run electrical contractor where you'll take responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of one of the company's key divisions. You'll work directly alongside the Director and Business Development Manager, with genuine autonomy to develop the team, improve profitability and play a major role in the continued growth of the business.
In this role, you'll manage a team of electricians and apprentices while overseeing multiple domestic and commercial electrical works from quotation through to completion. You'll be responsible for estimating, resource planning, project progress, quality and engineer performance, while taking ownership of the division's P&L and working alongside Business Development to support further growth.
This role would suit an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager with a strong technical background.
