Ecommerce Manager (Shopify / Marketplaces / European Expansion)
Notting Hill, London
£55,000-£60,000 + Progression + International Ecommerce Growth + Early-Stage Team Opportunity
Are you an Ecommerce Manager, Shopify Manager, Marketplace Manager or Digital Trading Manager with strong technical ecommerce experience, looking for an opportunity to take ownership of multi-brand ecommerce growth across the UK, Europe and international marketplaces?
On offer is the opportunity to join a fast-growing consumer products business at an exciting early stage of its UK and European expansion. You will take ownership of the ecommerce engine across multiple brands, helping ensure products are easy to find, easy to buy, accurately listed, commercially optimised and technically connected across Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces, distributor channels and customer retention platforms.
In this role, you will manage and improve Shopify stores, product listings, product feeds, marketplaces, customer journeys, Klaviyo flows, reporting and conversion performance. You will work closely with the Founder, Brand Designer, Copywriter, Sales Manager and wider international team to launch products, develop new sales channels and build scalable ecommerce systems across the UK and Europe.
This role would suit an Ecommerce Manager, Shopify Manager, Marketplace Manager, Digital Trading Manager, Ecommerce Operations Manager or Ecommerce Growth Manager with experience working across Shopify, Amazon, product feeds, Klaviyo, online marketplaces and consumer products.
The Role
- Manage Shopify stores and product listings
- Optimise product pages, collections and customer journeys
- Maintain product feeds, pricing, stock and product data
- Support Amazon, TikTok Shop and new marketplace launches
- Build and improve Klaviyo email flows
- Manage tracking, reporting and conversion performance
- Support UK and European ecommerce expansion
- Work with design, content and sales teams on launches
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience
- Ecommerce experience within consumer products or retail
- Experience with Amazon and online marketplaces
- Klaviyo, product feed and conversion experience
- Commercially minded and confident with data
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and SKUs
- Based within commuting distance of Notting Hill
