Are you a driven Sales Manager or Team Leader with experience motivating high-performing sales teams, looking for a role where you can shape culture, improve performance, and play a key role within a growing business? In this role, you will oversee daily team performance, coach and develop brokers, improve sales processes and reporting, and work closely with directors to drive revenue growth and build a high-performance sales environment. Commercial finance experience would be advantageous, but strong sales leadership and coaching capability are the priority.
This role would suit a Sales Manager, Team Leader, Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager, Broker Team Leader or high-performing Senior Sales professional looking to step into leadership within a fast-growing environment.
The Role- Manage and motivate a team of commercial finance brokers
- Run daily sales meetings and pipeline reviews
- Monitor KPIs, activity levels and conversion performance
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports
- Coach and develop brokers to improve performance
- Improve CRM processes and reporting discipline
- Recruit and onboard new team members as the business grows
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture
- Office-based role in Corby
- Previous sales management or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting and sales performance metrics
- Experience managing pipelines and improving conversion rates
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
- Commercial finance, lending or brokerage experience advantageous
