Are you an experienced Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, Quality Manager or Compliance Manager from a CQC-regulated adult social care environment looking for an opportunity to take ownership of compliance across multiple locations within a growing care provider? On offer is the opportunity to join an expanding homecare organisation where you will become the most senior compliance professional within the business, overseeing compliance, governance, quality assurance and regulatory standards across multiple CQC-regulated locations.
In this role, you will act as the organisation's Nominated Individual, supporting Registered Managers across several locations while ensuring all services remain inspection-ready, compliant and operating to the highest standards. You will lead audits, inspections, governance processes, recruitment compliance, health & safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the wider organisation.
This role would suit a Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, Quality Manager, Compliance Manager, Governance Manager or Regional Manager with experience within a CQC-regulated adult social care environment.
- Act as Nominated Individual across multiple CQC-regulated services
- Lead compliance, governance and quality assurance across the organisation
- Support Registered Managers with inspections, audits and action plans
- Ensure services remain inspection-ready and compliant at all times
- Drive continuous improvement across quality, recruitment compliance and health & safety
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, Quality Manager or Compliance Manager
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care compliance
- Experience supporting or leading CQC inspections
- Full UK Driving Licence
