Are you a CRM Executive, Senior CRM Executive or CRM Manager with strong experience across lifecycle marketing, automation and customer retention, looking to step into a role where you'll have genuine ownership of CRM strategy within a rapidly growing consumer brand?
On offer is the opportunity to join a fast-growing, product-led business where you'll take ownership of CRM across the customer lifecycle. You'll have significant autonomy to introduce new ideas, shape the strategy and develop the function, with a clear progression route towards Head of CRM as the business continues to scale.
In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of CRM across email, SMS, direct mail and the introduction of WhatsApp. You'll manage and optimise existing automations, build new customer journeys and testing plans, develop strategies for members and non-members and use segmentation and personalisation to improve retention, reactivation and customer lifetime value.
This role would suit an ambitious CRM professional who has developed strong technical lifecycle and automation experience and is now ready to take greater strategic and commercial ownership. You'll need to be comfortable remaining hands-on while bringing new ideas to the business, using customer data and testing to understand how CRM can contribute directly to revenue and long-term growth.
The Role Own CRM strategy across email, SMS, direct mail and WhatsApp. Build and optimise automated lifecycle and customer journeys. Develop retention, reactivation and customer engagement strategies. Use segmentation, personalisation and A/B testing to improve performance. Analyse CRM performance across LTV, AOV, retention and churn. Manage, coach and develop a CRM Executive. The Person Strong experience within CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing. Experience with platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, Braze or similar. Strong automation, segmentation and customer journey experience. Commercially minded with strong analytical and testing skills. Ready to step into greater strategic and leadership responsibility. Commutable to Leeds three days per week. Ref: 1708067
