Sheffield (Hybrid - Studio, Home & Client Meetings)

£40,000-£45,000 (OTE £50,000-£60,000) + Profit Share + Hybrid Working + Creative Industry Exposure

Are you a commercially driven Business Development Manager with experience selling digital, creative, branding, marketing or agency services, looking for an opportunity where you can build meaningful client relationships and help shape the growth of an award-winning creative business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a rapidly growing multidisciplinary creative agency delivering digital, brand and interior design projects for clients across a range of sectors. As part of an employee-owned business, you'll play a key role in driving future growth while working alongside highly talented creative and digital teams.

In this role, you will focus on developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships and representing the business across networking events, meetings and industry functions. You will manage opportunities from initial introduction through to proposal, negotiation and close while helping shape the agency's future growth strategy.

This role would suit a Senior Business Development Manager, Business Development Manager, Partnerships Manager, Client Partner, Agency Sales Manager or Commercial Manager with experience selling digital services, creative solutions, branding projects, web development, marketing services or agency-based solutions.

The Role

  • Generate new business opportunities across digital and creative services
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities
  • Attend networking events, client meetings and industry functions
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Prepare proposals, commercial documentation and service agreements
  • Work closely with leadership and creative teams on growth initiatives
  • Support agency marketing and brand awareness activity

The Person

  • Experience within Business Development, Agency Sales or Client Partnerships
  • Background selling digital, branding, creative, marketing or consultancy services
  • Strong networking, relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercially minded with a consultative approach to sales
  • Comfortable attending events and representing a business externally
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing opportunities independently
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing creative agency
