London (Hybrid - 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH)

£50,000-£55,000 (OTE £65,000-£70,000) + Hybrid Working + Progression + Creative Industry Exposure

Are you an experienced Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Client Partner with a consultative sales approach, looking for an opportunity where you can build strategic client relationships, drive account growth and work on high-impact creative and learning projects?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing creative communications and learning business, working with leading organisations to deliver innovative talent development, communications and behavioural change solutions. You'll become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders while helping expand existing client relationships and generate new commercial opportunities.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, develop growth plans, identify upselling opportunities and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored client solutions. You will also support business development initiatives through networking, lead generation and targeted outreach while collaborating with internal creative and project delivery teams.

This role would suit a Senior Account Manager, Account Director, Client Partner, Business Development Manager, Partnerships Manager or consultative sales professional looking for a relationship-led role with strong earning potential and long-term progression.
