Full job description Sales Director Peterborough £115,000-£120,000 (OTE £160,000+) + Uncapped Bonus + 6% Pension + Profit Share + Company Events + Career Progression Are you a Sales Director, Head of Sales or senior sales leader with extensive experience scaling high-performing sales teams, looking for the autonomy to take ownership of an established 30-person sales operation and drive significant commercial growth?
On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious, founder-led business where you'll work directly with the Managing Director and founders and have genuine influence over the future commercial direction of the company.
You'll join an entrepreneurial, performance-driven culture where team members push each other to succeed, invest in their own development and, in many cases, actively build their own property investments and portfolios.
In this role, you'll take ownership of two established sales teams totalling approximately 30 people, developing the managers beneath you while driving revenue, conversion and performance across the wider sales function.
You'll be expected to be highly visible and hands-on, challenging existing processes, analysing the numbers, coaching managers and salespeople and identifying opportunities to scale both the team and its commercial output.
This role would suit a hungry and commercially aggressive sales leader who can demonstrate a strong track record of scaling teams and significantly increasing revenue.
You'll be someone who naturally challenges the status quo, holds people accountable and relentlessly looks for ways to improve performance, while remaining an inspiring and nurturing leader who can get the very best from the people around them.
