In this role, you will manage and optimise the Shopify website, ensuring products are presented effectively, campaigns are executed successfully and customers enjoy a seamless online experience. You will analyse performance data, identify opportunities for growth and work closely with marketing, product and operations teams to maximise sales and profitability.
This role would suit an Ecommerce Executive, Shopify Executive, Ecommerce Coordinator, Ecommerce Merchandiser or Digital Trading Executive with experience working in a consumer products or retail ecommerce environment.
The Role- Manage and optimise the Shopify ecommerce platform
- Create, launch and maintain product listings and collections
- Improve product merchandising, navigation and customer journeys
- Monitor website performance, conversion rates and online sales
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal activity
