Are you an E-Commerce Executive, E-Commerce Operations Executive or Online Retail professional looking for a varied, hands-on role within a growing specialist retailer where you can develop across ecommerce, operations and digital marketing?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established independent retailer within the cycling industry.

You'll become part of a friendly and passionate team, taking responsibility for ecommerce orders while supporting website management, product listings, customer service and digital activity.

In this role, you'll manage online orders from purchase through to dispatch, maintain accurate website listings and support merchandising, SEO, email and social media activity.

You'll also coordinate stock, couriers and customer enquiries, giving you exposure to the complete ecommerce journey.

This role would suit someone with ecommerce, online retail or order management experience who is highly organised and comfortable working across different areas of an online retail operation.

An interest in cycling or knowledge of bikes and cycling products would be highly advantageous.

The Role Manage ecommerce orders from purchase through to dispatch.

Maintain product listings, imagery and website content.

Support online merchandising, SEO and website improvements.

Coordinate couriers, stock movements and order fulfilment.

Handle ecommerce customer enquiries.

Support email, social media and digital marketing activity.

The Person Ecommerce, online retail or similar experience.

Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Comfortable using ecommerce and online systems.

SEO and digital marketing knowledge advantageous.

Interest or experience within cycling highly desirable.
