In this role, you will manage the Director's day-to-day schedule, coordinate meetings and travel, and support with finance-related tasks such as expenses, invoices, and document handling. You will also assist with personal responsibilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly across both business and personal commitments.
This role would suit a Personal Assistant or Administrator with strong Excel skills and finance awareness, who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling a mix of business and personal tasks.
The Role- Manage calendar, meetings, and daily scheduling for the Director
- Coordinate travel arrangements (including international travel)
- Handle emails, calls, and general communication
- Support with invoices, expenses, and basic finance tracking
- Manage documents (Excel, Word, PDF editing and reporting)
