Full job description Paid Media Manager (Meta Ads / Paid Social) Marlow / Hybrid £55,000-£60,000 + Flexible Hours + Progression + Equity Opportunity Are you a Paid Media Manager, Paid Social Manager or Performance Marketing Manager with expert Meta Ads experience, looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership of high-performing Facebook and Instagram campaigns and directly influence the growth of a rapidly expanding ecommerce brand?

You'll have the autonomy to manage significant advertising budgets, shape campaign strategy and work alongside a creative content team to scale customer acquisition and revenue.
In this role, you will take ownership of Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram, planning, launching and optimising campaigns to maximise ROI and customer growth.
You'll continually test audiences, creatives and campaign strategies, analyse performance data and work closely with the wider marketing team to turn engaging content into high-performing paid campaigns.
Experience with Google Ads Search would be advantageous, but the primary focus of this role is delivering exceptional results through Meta's advertising platform.
This role would suit a Paid Media Manager, Paid Social Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Meta Ads Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager with strong hands-on Meta Ads experience who enjoys analysing data, solving problems and driving measurable ecommerce growth.
