Full job description Field Service Engineer (Electro-Mechanical / Multi-Skilled) Winslow (Field-Based) £40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Pension + Stability

Are you a Field Service Engineer with strong electro-mechanical skills, looking for a varied, hands-on role within a growing business where you can work autonomously and develop long-term? In this role, you will carry out installation, service, and maintenance work across customer sites, diagnosing faults across electrical and mechanical systems. You will work independently, manage your own workload, and provide a high level of service to customers while ensuring equipment runs efficiently. This role would suit a Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Service Technician with a strong electro-mechanical background, looking for a stable, long-term position with autonomy and progression.

The Role

  • Service, maintain, and install equipment on-site
  • Diagnose electro-mechanical faults and carry out repairs

  • Strong electro-mechanical fault-finding skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence
