Are you a commercially minded Business Development Executive, SDR, Sales Executive or Account Executive looking for an opportunity to build a career within a growing professional services business where you can develop your commercial skills and progress into a client-facing Account Management role? In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying target organisations and key stakeholders
  • Executing structured outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn and events
  • Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Arranging meetings with senior decision-makers
  • Preparing briefing notes and meeting preparation materials
  • Maintaining CRM records and pipeline accuracy
  • Attending industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
  • Supporting senior colleagues throughout the sales process

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within B2B sales, business development or a commercial role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Process-driven with strong CRM discipline
  • Commercial awareness and motivation by business growth
  • Experience in a professional services, consultancy or commercial environment (beneficial)
  • Based within 30 minutes of Cranfield (MK43)
