Are you a senior leader within the Mechanical Building Services or MEP sector with the commercial expertise, technical knowledge and industry relationships to grow a successful contractor, looking for an opportunity to lead an ambitious business while building genuine long-term equity and ownership?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing Mechanical & Public Health contractor delivering high-value design and installation projects across the UK. Working alongside the existing Directors, you'll take ownership of business growth, client acquisition and commercial strategy while helping scale the business towards its next phase of expansion. With a competitive bonus structure and future MBO/EMI opportunity, realistic earnings can exceed £100,000.

In this role, you will work directly with the Directors to win new business, develop strategic client relationships and oversee the commercial delivery of mechanical building services projects from enquiry through to completion. This is a commercially focused leadership position where you'll combine business development, technical understanding and strategic decision-making to drive consistent growth while building a stronger client portfolio.

This role would suit a Managing Director, Commercial Director, Operations Director, Business Unit Director, Contracts Director or Regional Director with a background in Mechanical Building Services, MEP, HVAC or Public Health Engineering who is looking to help lead and grow a business with genuine long-term ownership potential.
