Are you a CRM Manager, Email Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager or Retention Marketing Manager with experience using Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms, looking to take ownership of customer lifecycle marketing within one of the UK's fastest-growing ecommerce brands?

On offer is the opportunity to join a rapidly growing motorcycle and lifestyle clothing brand where you'll build and shape the CRM function from the ground up. Working directly with the founders, you'll have the autonomy to influence customer strategy, improve retention and help drive long-term business growth.

In this role, you will own the customer journey across email, SMS and loyalty channels, creating automated lifecycle campaigns, customer segmentation and retention strategies that increase engagement, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value. You'll analyse customer behaviour, optimise campaign performance and work closely with ecommerce and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

This role would suit a CRM Manager, CRM Marketing Manager, Email Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Retention Marketing Manager or Customer Marketing Manager with experience using Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms within an ecommerce or retail environment.
