The Role:
- Carry out rental valuations and win new lettings instructions
- Develop relationships with landlords, investors and local property owners
- Build and manage a pipeline of lettings opportunities
- Increase market share across Barnes and South West London
- Negotiate offers and support transactions through to completion
- Work closely with the founders to grow the lettings division
- Help develop processes, standards and future team growth
The Person:
- Experience within residential lettings or estate agency
- Strong track record winning instructions and generating revenue
