On offer is the opportunity to join a fast-growing technology distributor where you will inherit and manage an established portfolio of customer accounts, helping grow revenue through relationship management, proactive sales activity and identifying opportunities within existing clients.
In this role, you will manage approximately 50 customer accounts, maintaining regular contact, developing relationships and generating opportunities through outbound activity to both existing and newer customers. The role is predominantly office-based, with occasional customer meetings and off-site visits.
This role would suit an Account Manager, Internal Sales Executive, Sales Executive, Customer Success Executive, Business Development Executive or highly engaging individual looking for a role with strong earning potential and long-term progression.
The Role- Manage and develop approximately 50 customer accounts
- Conduct proactive outbound activity to existing and newer customers
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Increase account value and customer retention
- Attend occasional customer meetings and off-site visits
- Maintain CRM activity and pipeline updates
- Work closely with internal teams to maximise customer experience
- Highly engaging, driven and personable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Comfortable speaking with customers and creating opportunities
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
