You will take on a key leadership role within the Operations team, working for a well-established company that delivers a wide range of maintenance services across 250 sites throughout the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising up to 22 engineers, reviewing reports, providing coaching and support, conducting appraisals and one-to-one meetings, and preparing and maintaining health and safety documentation. You will also play an important role in supporting operational decisions and maintaining strong relationships with both engineers and clients.
This position would suit an Operations Supervisor or Field Service Manager with a background in building services or engineering who enjoys leading from the front and is looking to progress within a company that actively invests in its people through training, development, and additional benefits.
The Role- Oversee up to 22 engineers
