Are you an experienced Ecommerce Manager or Digital Ecommerce professional looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale ecommerce operation while leading a specialist team within a rapidly growing retail business?
On offer is the opportunity to join an established nationwide retailer where you'll take responsibility for the performance, development and optimisation of multiple ecommerce websites. Working closely with senior marketing leaders, you'll influence digital strategy, improve customer journeys and drive online sales while leading a specialist ecommerce team.
In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of multiple ecommerce platforms, website development projects, SEO, AI search improvements and digital optimisation. You'll work closely with developers, marketers and external partners to deliver new functionality, improve conversion rates and ensure the websites support wider commercial objectives, while managing and developing a team of 4 across multiple ecommerce functions.
This role would suit an Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Lead, Website Manager or Digital Manager with experience managing ecommerce platforms, leading digital teams and delivering website improvements. Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Aero Commerce or similar ecommerce systems would be highly advantageous.
The Role
  • Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of multiple ecommerce websites.
  • Manage a team of 4 across specialist ecommerce functions.
  • Coordinate website development, SEO, AI search and digital projects.
  • Analyse website performance and drive improvements in sales, leads and user experience.
  • Work with developers, marketers and external partners to deliver new functionality and campaigns.
The Person
  • Experience managing ecommerce websites and digital platforms.
  • Previous leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, SEO, UX and website optimisation.
  • Commercially minded with excellent project management skills.
  • Experience with Shopify, Magento, Aero Commerce or similar ecommerce platforms is advantageous.
