In this role, you will oversee daily team performance, coach and develop brokers, improve sales processes and reporting, and work closely with directors to drive revenue growth and build a high-performance sales environment. Commercial finance experience would be advantageous, but strong sales leadership and coaching capability are the priority.

The Role- Manage and motivate a team of commercial finance brokers
- Run daily sales meetings and pipeline reviews
- Monitor KPIs, activity levels and conversion performance
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports
- Coach and develop brokers to improve performance
- Improve CRM processes and reporting discipline
- Recruit and onboard new team members as the business grows
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture
- Office-based role in Corby
- Previous sales management or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting and sales performance metrics
- Experience managing pipelines and improving conversion rates
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
- Commercial finance, lending or brokerage experience advantageous
- CRM experience beneficial (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho etc.)
