£25,000-£30,000 (OTE £40,000-£50,000+) + Uncapped Commission + Incentives + Company Pension + Free Parking + Career Progression

Are you confident on the phone, driven by earning potential, and looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career within a fast-growing commercial finance business? On offer is the opportunity to join a growing commercial finance brokerage where you will learn the foundations of sales, lead generation and commercial finance while working within a fast-paced, energetic and highly rewarding environment. With uncapped commission and strong earning potential from day one, this role is ideal for someone hungry to develop and progress.

In this role, you will focus heavily on outbound activity, speaking with business owners across the UK, generating opportunities, qualifying leads and passing deals across to senior brokers within the team. You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities while developing highly valuable sales and commercial skills.

This role would suit a Sales Development Representative, SDR, Lead Generation Executive, Telesales Executive, Business Development Executive or ambitious individual looking to break into a high-growth sales environment.

The Role
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity
