Are you a CAD Technician or CAD Designer with 3+ years' Auto CAD experience, looking for a varied position combining technical drawings with project coordination, procurement and supplier management within a specialist design and manufacturing business?
On offer is the opportunity to join an established specialist business designing, manufacturing and installing bespoke swimming pools, spas and wellness facilities.
You'll become an integral part of a small Projects Team, working closely with the Head of Projects and gaining exposure to projects from initial design through procurement, manufacture and installation.
In this role, you'll produce and revise technical drawings using Auto CAD, carry out material take-offs and ensure design information remains accurate throughout each project.
Alongside the CAD work, you'll be responsible for a significant amount of ordering and procurement, obtaining supplier quotations, coordinating materials and deliveries and supporting the administration required to keep projects progressing.
This role would suit an experienced Auto CAD user from a construction, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing or similar technical background who enjoys variety.
You'll need to be technically capable while also being organised and comfortable dealing directly with clients and suppliers, managing orders and supporting the wider project team.
Produce and revise technical drawings using Auto CAD.
Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
Support projects through design, manufacture and installation.
3+ years' professional Auto CAD experience preferred.
~ Construction, mechanical, electrical or manufacturing background advantageous.
~ Comfortable with procurement, ordering and project administration.
~ Full UK driving licence and commutable to the Wirral.
